Professor Arteaga joined Valparaiso University in summer of 2016 as the Library Fellow.

Prior to joining the Christopher Center Library, he was an Adjunct Instruction Librarian at the University of Northern Iowa where one of his main projects was working to re-designing a research methods library class and migrating it to Blackboard.
