Professor Resetar joined the Valpo faculty in January of 1987. She coordinates the library’s catalog and circulation system – and supervises materials receiving, cataloging and processing. She is the liaison for the science and engineering fields and serves as the non-scientist member of the VU Animal Care and Use Committee. Professor Resetar also works in the Library Instruction and Reference areas.

Prior to joining the VU faculty, Prof. Resetar worked in libraries at Marquette University, the University of Kansas, and at the John G. Shedd Aquarium.

Areas of research interest include the planning and equipping of libraries; and library work-flow, management, and general operations.

Professor Resetar’s current favorite book is Dragonflies of Indiana. Outside interests include nature study, genealogy, and the Arts and Crafts movement, 1894-1920.
