Visiting School or Group Library Instruction Request Form

Library instruction offered to visiting schools is meant to be curriculum-based, and not a generic introduction or tour of the library. Please provide specific information regarding goals and assignments so that the session can be tailored to meet your needs. If you would prefer a general tour of the building, please fill out this request form instead.
